I was searching but didn't find anything so i'll ask here...
Where can I find the training programs of other freedivers...
is it possible to find that on the internet?I have Tanya Streeter's program.

Thanx for replays!

Hello Mlaen!
It' s very difficult to find a coherent training program of the world's best freedivers. But you can read articles on their homepages or on deeperblue.net ("cross training for freedivers part I & II" and profiles of the athletes in deeperblue.net' freediving section may help you) because here are often some aspects on their training. You can also find informations in the deeperblue.net forums.
Finally I' d like to tell you a true sentence by Eric Fattah:
"Just because someone sets a world record using a certain technique, equipment or training regimen, that doesn't make it the best way. You shouldn't blindly follow what the best in the world are doing without first questioning it in detail."
Deeply,
Manuel
