Hi

I recently started my freediving "journey". I did a basic freediving course a few month ago. Now I doing some dry training, because I do not have any
access to train in the water.
I am using the Freediving Apnoe trainer app CO2 table. There it is recommended to do the table every other day for two weeks.
I am wondering, why only every otherday? What are the symptoms when I do too much breath training?
For now I do a CO2 table on the couch every evening and I really dont feel any side effects?
What could be the side effects when I do this long term and getting "overtraining"?

thanks
regards
Erich

A daily training table is essential for athletes or individuals focusing on consistent physical development. It typically includes a structured meal plan that emphasizes proper nutrition, providing the body with the necessary fuel for recovery and performance. Meals are rich in lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats, designed to optimize muscle repair and energy levels.
