Turks and Caicos recommendations

Hi,
Looking to make a trip to T&C for some long overdue diving. Any recommendations on where to stay and who to dive with? I'd prefer a smaller hotel rather than a big tourist resort. Diving in smaller groups is our preference, just like the rest of the world.

I've searched for South Caicos and I can't seem to find a hotel there but have read that they have the best diving??

Any info greatly appreciated.

Scubabocks... My wife and I did T&C in 2001... and much could have changed given hurricanes... and the fact that cruise ships are now landing there. We had a great time. We stayed in Ocean Club West. While it is not a small place, we found it very nice... and pretty quiet. We had a two-bedroom condo unit... much larger than was required. We dove with Art Pickering's Provo Turtle Divers, which I think has changed hands in the last couple of years. They sent their brown school bus to pick us up, and the boat was large but uncrowded. The diving was EXCELLENT. I've attached a couple of photos. Have fun!
