Could you guys please describe your way of turning in the pool. The others may then try some of your inventions.

I'm using a monofin and my turn looks like this :
- first I turn to the side when I'm about to hit the wall (important)
- I have one arm above my head and the other by my hip
- after I touch the wall with the hand I pike my body completely
- the fin is right under my upper body
- at last, all I have to do is to get the fin behind me what in fact is my first stroke (the fin goes up). You have to bend your legs slightly.

It' s something like a turn in breastroke swimming.
The difference is in the use of one hand only and no push of the wall with my legs.
