The season has begun long time ago and I can’t see any spearfishing stories??

the only story i had was on greetings section. I mentioned the spot that i have visited there in Ajman there i catch one bory fish and one baracuda and i lost my spear with big hamour that took ny spear between the rocks and i couldnot get it back!!! there were jack fish, baracudas, Hamour, Bory, and some sepreme fish... all sizes starting from like 1.5 Kgs and above i enjoyed it much there and was two weeks ago...

These days i am relaxing myself since i had serious problem in my sinus bcoz of that...
i had sinus attack and was affecting on my body i felt like fever and my body trembeld also had stomach ache in addition i felt something in my hand...

i will give it like two weeks not to dive and i will see if i feel better hope i will dive safely...

i went to that area with my buddies... but it was garbage... too much plastic bags , the vis was really bad, although i have seen decent size fish, but my gun failed to fire which has pissed me off... i woke up at 5AM to be there and this is what happen.. Ouch... yet, my friends got some fish... inshallah this weekend i'll be spearing in Um Al Quien... i heared about a nice spot there...

Fish are in the water, I scuba dived zainab yesterday, and huge school of jash and cuda were there. Jash are out across the wrecks of uae. Just need to find an oppurtunity to freedive is all

Am hoping to try spots in RAK, any know of any?

I was in Khassab last weekend... damn.. the current was really bad..

Zainab was 30 m,.,., you can freedive depending which part of the wreck you are on, currents, Vis, etc etc. Top of wreck is about ?16- 18m?

Due to the red tide effect...fish quantities got affected.
However we are catching smaller size fish than last year just to feed the kids

lookin at hiring a boat and goin to deeper water where the red tide would not have affected so much. actually hoping that the fish would have mooved into deeper water to get away from the red tide.as for spots I have only been here for a little while so ill rely on someone else to put me on the fish!

East / West coast?

East youd need someone who knows spearo spots. Big difference with a fisherman. Try Islands, the red isnt that bad if you read currents (which you are supposed to anyway)

east coast and goin with a guy that spears as well as fishes and has alot of experience shooting fish here.so should be good.

1 month ago been to ajman and i am not seeing this red thing any more though i saw it twice in Khorfakkan but i think it was that area and did anyone saw that recently?

I prefer to go places that does not need long drive it is taking from 1.5 to 2 hours from sharja to khorfakkan... Thats why i prefer ajman and speacially i saw good size of different fish in the spot i been to.
