Big Congratulations to everyone selected for the UK Team for the AIDA World Cup in December.

SaltFree Strikes Again! 6/10 of those chosen for the team are regulars with us.

SaltFree-ers who made the grade are:

Mark Harris, Dave Morgan, Tim Money for the men

Sam Kirby, Liv Philip and Anne Marie for the women

Other team members selected are Suzanne Pugh, Hannah Stacey, Marcus Greatwood and Steve Millard.

Everyone is more than welcome to come to Saltfree for training in the run up to the big event. We will also get some pool training organised on Sunday afternoons if you're interested

Big Congrats to everyone and thanks to the rest of you who have helped us with safety, buddying, friendship, beers along the way.
