Hi, thought I might start this thread now as the upcoming AIDA elections are soon in front of us.
If I´ve understood right AIDA needs a new President, Technical Officer and IT officer to be elected for next year. (somebody correct me if Im wrong)
Perhaps it would be possible for AIDA nationals to nominate their candidates or for the the candidates to tell more about themselves openly here on DB? The case is usually that in a vote the unfamiliar names don´t get as much votes as names that people already know, even though they could be just as suitable for the job.
It would also be nice to see some more represantation in AIDAs organization from strong freediving countries like France, Italy, Greece, New Zealand, Russia etc.
What do you think? There must be smart and capable persons out there in the AIDA nationals right?
