Hi,

Since I think it's so boring doing tables I have started doing empty lung tables only.

A new thing I tried was to do a max empty lung static and at the finish I just inhale to the max and hold as long as I can on full lungs.

This is a typical table for me:
4-5 x empty lung static 1'10''-2'20''
1 empty lung static 1'50''-2'20'' followed by an inhale and max hold approx 3'00''. (total ~5min)
The rest between every breathhold is 2-3min.

I recommend you to try, I belive it's a very good hypoxic training and it's a good variation!
