As far as alcohol goes, what effect does it have on heartrate?
Well, that's not a lot of cigarettes, but then again, not a lot to give up! Sorry, i'm very anti-smoking although i live with two smokers. I won't go on about it any more.
Hyper-ventalating from all i've heard is one of the worse things to do. But so is breathing too deeply I've heard? So sticking to breathing nice, slow, deep but relaxed breaths seems to be the way to go.
How much do fins cost? Which ones should I get?
