Hello,
I'm Charles and not much of a water guy. (How's THAT for an icebreaker?) But in the last several years, and living where we do for the last decade, my wife and I have been feeling the water's gravitational pull, researching freediving info, tips and such. Eventually, we'll get formal instruction. I have most of my gear, just need to get a belt for my weights, and all of her gear. Would love to meet more experienced freedivers near Seattle, and hear of any dive shops people would recommend to complete our outfitting. I probably won't be asking many questions here, until I've exhausted the search function. Super excited!
Thanks,

MonkeySea

Welcome to Deeperblue! You're in a great area for formal instruction. I believe Performance Freediving International is located near there. Their classes are very good. You may want to check out the USA/Canada subforum if you'd like to meet some locals. Reply to threads or post your own. Good luck, and enjoy the forums.
