Voit UDT Swimfins advice please?

Hi, does anyone here have advice on Voit UDT fins? I'm looking at buying a pair from the US but their sizing is large (9-11) and I'm a U.K size 10. My question is will these fit with a pair of 3mm neoprene socks which are mandatory in Irish waters without squeezing? Can't afford to get it wrong, would love to buy closer to home if they were available.
