What are the warmest gloves around?

My fingers are freezing off in cold water with the (scuba) gloves I currently have. I'd like to be in the water for a longer time, but my gloves (and shoes come next) are the limiting factor.

Any advice on good gloves is very welcome

Hey jvoets,

I bought some of the picasso 5mil "penguin" gloves. these have the middle, ring and little finger together in one section and the thumb and forefinger separate (good for cleaning out nostrils). They are lined with the bio-thermic coating for added warmth. These gloves are very warm, but offer limited dexterity and durability.

Warmly,

Aaron
