Hello Creatures of the deep. This summer I d like to start checking out other depth disciplines than CWT (Constant Weight). I d like to ask you how much weight you are using in the three disciplines: CWT / unassisted ballast ( CWT no Fins) / Free Immersion.

Since I have just done CWT: I use 1kg ( 5mm suit, very tall very slim body) . Looking forward to your replies.
