Wetsuit painting-Help!

Hi guys,
I hope you can help me. Resently I have a Picasso wet suit, outside is black rubber, shark skin. I want to make it camo, but I don't know what kind of paint to use. I mean, not the colours, I mean what type of paint. I'll be very greatfull if someone can help me.
