Does anybody ever dive in Zanzibar ?
I'll be there for my honey moon after a trip in Tanzania.
I'm planning to dive (I've got the 1st level) and my (future) wife would like to try too.
Have any advice about diving there ?

thanks

Hi,

You'll love that island, it's full of culture, spice, energy and the beating heart of Africa, India, Arabia... quite a special place.

I was there 9 years back but Nungwi in the north is a good starting place for diving, if you'd like to do the Naui/Padi courses cheaply Lake Malawi is a 24 hor bus journey south from Dar es Sallam or even better by train and the courses are much cheaper there as are living costs..... depending on your timelimit.

Enjoy amigo, ciao! Golfinho
