I saw a couple of days ago on a local shop's website a prong called a mustad prong ande they have the same model prong but in stainless steel... so i was wondering what is mustad? Well i know the mustad hooks ... but is this some kind of steel?

Mustad multi prongs are manufactured by Mastad and they use high carbon steel. A manufacturer will often have excactly the same multi prong tips in two ranges, one range equipped with their own prongs and the other with mustad prongs and sometimes colour code the nylon that holds the tips, Omer do this for instance.
