What blades to put in Omer Millenium pockets?

Hey guys, just got a pair of Omer Millenium foot pockets, but now I need blades for them. What will fit and what are you recommendations?

I've tried Omer blades that were fabrically put in Omer Millenium fins sold as complete in Decathlon-they were very soft, even Decathlon's FLP 900 were stiffer. But you have to choose stiffness according to your needs- depths, distances, level of training, and so on. Maybe someone more competent will tell more.

I use SpecialFins Blue Water Specials in medium stiffness in mine at present. If you go with plastic, remember athat they stiffen up as the water gets colder. I have used the Omer Greys up here and they are fine in colder water (below 50F)

I'm selling my Omer Millenium black blades.
As I use monofin, not because I don't like them.
VERY good condition.
Had the bifins only for safety dives.
