Hey Team.
I know this can be a touchy subject with pay but i wanted to know if i am being paid fairly or not. I have been trying to find what i am worth but cant find to much.
My current salary is 36k nzd a year.
I'm currently an IDC Staff Instructor working in New Zealand. I am also a qualified service technician for all brands and Im a hydrostatic tank tester. My role at the moment is working in our shop as a retail staff member as well as servicing, tank testing organizing courses, and dive trips. I also manage our website shop and do a lot with our social media.
Can anyone help me out?
When i was working in Australia i was on a lot more and only an OW Instructor.
Cheers Guys.
Keep safe during these tough times.
