Curious, what is the biggest gun ever seen or made?

Pics would be cool to see.

Jason

I was with my friend John Warren when he shot a gun called Super Gun.
It was built by John to test the limits of big gun building
John is a master gun builder and world renown metal sculptor.
We did a lot of pool testing at one time on the guns we built.

Supergun holds half ton rubber

Cheers, Don Paul

The memory's of that day will remain a vision burned deep within my every cell.
It was like being at a circus human cannon ball attempt as a kid. No y-tube
for John, It's not his style. His Speargun Site was the first to document the
works of the our sport's earliest pioneers Jack Prodanovich and Wally Potts.
Cheers, Don

I believe I saw that gun at John's house when I was over there once about 10 years ago.

I tried to pick it up, but I didn't have my back brace on.

Another big one!

Here I am test firing one of the Riffe concept guns exploring high launch platform mass and a metal enclosed track.

Image 2 is Jay and his brother together.

The big gun drew a crowd of onlookers at a DEMA show many years ago.
It was a standard Blue Water with weighted pods and metal enclosed track.
I believe the gun still lives it Japan with a friend of mine who bought it.
And yes it did kill fish I will need to talk to Julie Riffe for the details.
Jay wasn't happy with me when I asked them about the lack of cup holders.
Cheers, Don Paul

Im feeling inspired.?.?. Quote: JCooke

I thought you were curious ? and wanted to see pics?

The two I posted were built over twenty years ago to help test the concepts
of high power, high mass.

I'm am not that inspired by big guns. I'm inspired by trying to get smaller guns to shoot as far as monster guns and have versatility to hunt fish from 5lbs to 800 lbs.

Cheers, Don Paul

Its the monster truck theory. And im from Alaska we like to go big here. But I see your point.JasonPosted via Mobile Device

I agree: that totally makes sense, and that's the goal of many gun builders in the latest years.
