What is the biggest gun ever made?

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Here is my son's gun built by the Riffe's for his christening 10 years ago.
Cheers, Don

It depends on the definition.

I heard that Jack Prodanovitch once made up one of his guns with at least 5 bands, maybe more. The shaft was basically just a 3/8" (9 MM) slip tip. It was much shorter than the gun, and I believe the notch (or tab) was at the front. John Warren should remember it. I heard it didn't work too well, but was really fast for a 3/8" shaft.

If there are any, it will be Don Paul or an old member of the San Diego freediving community that will have access.

Here is my friend John Warren's story and images of Jacks tuna gun.
John was first guy I know to do a gun site for no commercial gain years ago.
We have had a lot of fun testing over the years. He used to work for Bucky
Fuller and has a very good mind. He is a very gifted sculptor as well.
Cheers, Don Paul

Aloha Don,

Great post. Is that Cabo Pierce in the background while Larry is standing on the Ambar? Brings back great memories.
That is where I used to use my biggest guns. 18-20 lb tuna picks as I called them.

Aloha,Daryl
