wolf-fish are one of the most delicious fish that you can eat.
Unfortunately they are only really an Arctic water fish found where the water is cold usually>60ºN.
The Icelandic name is Steinbit which means stone biter a reference to the extemely strong teeth which they use to crack and eat shellfish, which in turn accounts for their delicious taste.
