What thickness of wetsuit for Ireland?

Hello.
i am going to buy wetsuit OMER CAYMAN and aim not sure what thickness should i go for?
I live in south ireland west coast.

zaratustra i would strongly recommend buying an Elios suit, you cannot find better build quality and warmth. For the money an off the peg omer suit you can probably get an Elios. www.spearo.co.uk deal with these suits, as i say highly recommended.

95% of guys use 5mm but if you are really skinny perhaps 6mm.

I think you can trust a big company like Omer to supply very good quality.
Joe does have point although I think an Elios would cost a bit more.

What's the water temp, and will you be diving in a colder season? How long your sessions in the water? Do you guys get the Gulf Stream there? That could warm it up a bit. Just nosey.

Well Elios make good suits & they are quite popular with some forum members.
Elios offer a custom made service too.
However in recent times suit material has improved & offers quite a bit of stretch so off the pegs suits are better than ever.
You can search the forum for plenty of debate on which suit is best but you dont often hear anybody complaining about their suits whatever the make.

What made you decide on Zaratustra as a name ?
You do not have to answer these questions ( but if you do I might PM you a site with loads of bass in it , found years ago ) .

Z, you'll be fine with a 5mm, no worries. In the Winter you'd need a 7mm minimum.
Rack suits don't always fit ie: loose areas that love to fill with water, negating the point of wearing one, so if you can try one that'd be better. For off rack suits I buy a little small rather than a little big.

I just guessed Spanish because of your spelling of Zarathustra .
Yes , I read all his books , they were the most difficult books I ever read , very deep . I don't agree with all he wrote , but he must be one of the greatest thinkers who ever lived .
