Greetings All!

I'm Mario, from Miami, new to the site but not to the sport! I've been pokin around, looking through the posts and have messaged a few of you - thanks for the warm responses. I'll be 23 this month, a graduate of FSU, a spearo for 6 1/2 years - absolutely nuts about the sport. Seriously, I'm the nutter you'll find in 7' waves chasing the only cuda' not hightailing it for calmer waters. I began with a Beuchat, then a Sea Hornet, migrated to three Cressi pneumatics (70 star,70, 100), an AB Biller, Mares pneumatic, and finally a Rob Allen 120 Tuna - not switching again. If you read through that damned list I applaud you! Anyway, I like to fish the Fowey Rocks area, Eliot key, Islamorada, Key Largo, certain areas of the bay outside the park. I own a 16' Gheene or "Gheenoe" as they're called, with a Mercury four-stroke 15 HP - it cuts water man. I'm always looking to get out, come hell, and hopefully high water - every weekend and if I can get off work during the week. Hiya Mario...welcome aboard...you should find quite a bit of guys to chilax with here on DB...I had a Homemade Ghenoe for a while very sea worthy, and a fish magnet, good mojo,...7' waves chasing the cuban kingfish...yep your a nutterrofl...check out the Miami section I usually post outings there and its where you'll find the usual suspects.

ciao mario ... my name is Garry i am originally from boca but have been living in italy for a while im pretty new here too i am a huge fan of the sport as well here i study and during the summer's i work on a tuna boat from 3 am to 6 am then spend the day goin out to the spot's i saw at work and nailin the fish ... yea... im a nutter too but hey man back to the point welcome to the site man it's great for information and any sort of fish/ diving question you can imagine but yeah i am goin to go to move to miami for the summer this year ill be in town june 1st and if you need a dive buddy you got one right here man i love it and i'll be bartending on some boat out there so it should be cool... im excited but either way its only a few hours a day and im up for goin out everyday possible.... any ways man yeah if your interested send me a pm... any ways have a good one man...

well man it is pretty sweet the fish are more scarce and spooky than in forida from my point of view but in the end hard work gives up some good rewards... here's a few pic's from this summer
