Where to fish??

I'm planning a spearfishing trip this weekend but being new to the sport i dont know what the sea conditions will be like.

I'm based in the southwest of england, can anybody recommend a location to dive based on the weather conditions predicted.

Hello,

welcome to the fun, think the forcast is for strong winds so could be a bit iffy this weekend.

Have a look on friday as to whats it doing and have a look through the trip reports for devon/cornwall/dorset. Theres loads of spots noted on those dependant on where your based?

Having taken everything into account my advice would be get on the ferry and get off in Guernsey

thanks guys! i think ill have to try Guernsey another day coz i just booked a cottage in Teignmouth! Lookin on the bbc weather site, the winds should have died down a bit but will the water viz be bad?
