Where to freedive?

I am based in the south of England. Now that the SETT seems closed to civilians, and given that I can not make the time commitment of holidays in the Med etc, what is the closest alternative indoor facility for freediving? - there seems to be no-where in the UK other than ordinary pools (though if that is not so, please tell me!) - is there anywhere in Europe? I have seen youtube videos of a 10m pool in Rheinbach - does anyone have any info on this, or anywhere else? Basically, I want to swim underwater, somewhere a bit more challenging than the local pool - can nip over to northern Europe for a few days.

There are more pools like this in France, but this it the closest to GB I think..
