I am planning a diving holiday but need some suggestions for a destination.
I have the following criteria: living expense must be quite low. Diving must be affordable, but I am willing to splash-out for a few days on a liveabourd.m not too fussy about vis and temp (local diving 10m vis 10 deg C).
I am living in South Africa so I don’t want to fly all the way around the world; flights from SA are generally expensive. I have already excluded North and Central America. I can easily get to Africa/middle east. South East Asia is also accessible. I have been thinking about the Philippines but that is already pushing my budget just with the flights.
In the last 2 years i have been to Thaiand and Zanzibar, so I need some other place.
