Where to find the cool people ?

Little Cayman has outstanding freediving. The place we stayed is gone and I don't know anything about the other options
Dominica (I have not been) is hard to get to, supposed to be great diving, less vis than Cayman, a couple of freedive operations near Scots Heade
Glovers: Slickrock is a resort that could be good freediving, have not been, hard to get to, pricy
Lighthouse reef, Belize, Huracan Diving is easier to get to, freediving looks great, could handle freedivers, very pricy

I'd be up for a trip to any of these places.
