thanks mate.i never thought abt them because i just searched one shop for all of five minutes.
so, add the matrix fins to the list

Beuchat Mundial Carbone is very comfy, thou ive never tried any other fins but these, Mares Razor carbon will be available soon here in UAE,container have arrived but still in customs according to the al masaood staff.

I like my OMER Rekords and I hear great things about the C4's

Just got back from the hunting exhibition here in abu dhabi, Hayaari Spearguns and fins are here to stay. They are pairing the hayaari carbon fins XX one with Pathos fireblade footpockets and they are selling it for Dhs 1600.00

I've owned the Specialfins Hybrid Profs, from what I understand they are better than the Specialfins Carbons. Pricier, too.

I'm now using Spierre Pure Carbons. I don't know if Spierre has hit UAE/Qatar yet, but the fins are fantastic. (Have only tried the Carbons), still waiting on Fiberglass to arrive in the states. They're being used by all 3 South African divers at Worlds, and 2x Freediving World Record Holder Trevor Hutton. Great power and maneuverability with the Spierres.

Omer Rekords were really good (I must say they "were" since the day I left them on the beach and a passer-by stole them. Sad old story). As for stiffness, the Rekords are between C4 Falcon 25 and 30 (soft to medium), such that you can get a good thrust from them both with a tight and a wide kick, both deep dives and surface swim.
If you get the Rekords, don't forget to glue the blade to the footpocket with a little cianacrilate glue.
If I had the budget for it now, for myself, I'd get the C4 Mustang VGR 30 (or maybe another pair of Rekords).

Mishu,
If budget is not an issue Specialfins Hybrid Professional seem to fit the bill.
Very sturdy and great performing fins. One thing to note; Hybrids are going to be harder then Bats 25 (relatively soft blades).

20fathoms Matrix fins, are a great value, indestructible (my wife uses them) and are made with different levels of stiffness. I like them.

I have used both, plus I have BW Specials (the blue blade) medium stiffness and I truely like all 3 with a slight preference for Matrix (the softest pair). I think I am starting to prefer softer fins (getting lazy ?) :t

Good luck in your fin search. Let us know what you end up getting and how you like it.

I've been using Imersion E-Glass fins for over a year now, the blow me away every dive. Brier blades, and the most comfortable foot pockets I've ever used.

^yeah that^

I know they're not on your list.... but they rock.

any links for these? cant find anything in google :head

I've been trying to find a pair of Imersion Fiberglass fins with no luck. They were just removed from the Imersion website, so I'm guessing that they're no longer available.
