Which is going to be warmer?

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
On that same topic of 3mm and 5mm, would you change your size when moving to a 5mm? i.e. order one size bigger..I just moved to the US and for the first time i will wear a 5mm suit. I used to have the cressi world comp 3.5mm which i loved because its warm and has metallite lining on the inside which helps you wear it with little hassle yet performs like an open cell in terms of warmth..so i ordered the same one in 5mm..got it last night...that thing is verrrrry thick compared to what im used to..im scared to put it on :) i might not be aable to take it off :) should i have ordered one size bigger? or is this just the normal "adaptation to change"
Dont' know if this helps, but the new 5mm suit I bought is actually a half size smaller than my 3mm. The new suit is a super stretch material. I guess material and cut will make be the deciding factors.
I try on so many suits in the shops before I find one that fits well, I don't know how you guys manage it buying online.

i tried to limit the variables so i bout a 5mm that is exactly like my 3mm, cressi world competition.. i tried it and it fits fine, just a lot more hassle to put on and take off..

Got my suit today after only two weeks, thought it's going to be longer. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The suit feels like a second skin, it's just a little too big in the chest but thats how I wanted it (still growing) Going to dutch springs this weekend so I'll write if it is warm enough :) Definately recommend Oceanos.

Talcum powder BABY!!! easy to get your suit on, it doesn't leave you cold in winter while your putting your suit on, and best of all if your suit seals really well you get out and your dry! granted you look like an albino but dry nonetheless.
