Which type of capt. nemo fins

Hi. I am looking for my first fins. I have found several opinions about fiberglass capt. nemo fins from waterway, telling its a good choice. I was also reading about angles, and what I understand - wider angle = better. Unfortunately those fins are only 12 degree. Its possible to buy 22 degree fiberglass blades, or complete carbon fiber capt. nemo fins with such angle. Which choice would be the best? I have also a concern about the footpocket - I do not know if my feet are wide or narrow and have no idea how to check it, and how to check if those capt. nemo footpockets are good for my feet. Anyone could help?

You can find out about the width of your feet by going to any shoe store and have them measured. The Nemo footpockets are fairly wide, but is not a serious problem. You can still wear them if you use fin keepers, readily available on-line.
The 12 degree blades aren't the best, but will still work fairly well. You aren't likely to notice the difference until you have a lot of experience.
I personally feel that fiberglass blades are the best option for blade material, since they are much stronger than carbon, and have similar feel.

I have the Captain Nemo stiffness 4 and the angle on them was pretty intense great fins overall lot of power and super durable I'd recommend a softer set as my legs were pretty burned out for the first couple weeks of using them until I get used to the stiffness lol no experience with the Captain Nemo foot pockets though.
