We used to have that picture on the freedivecanada web site. It belongs to Zena Holloway. I don't know who the subject is though.

Tom is right, the picture is by Zena Holloway whom I've spoken to on multiple occasions but only recently got to finally meet!
She sells limited editions prints on her website (including that freediver one - one i'm proud to have hanging on my wall!) so check it out.
