Who makes the Softest / Most Flexible Carbon Fins?

Greetings Earthlings,
What r yall's opinions/experiences on who makes the Softest and Most Flexible carbon fins....

I bought a pair of cressi 2000 hf's and sold them the very next day cause these pathetic chicken legs of mine were powerless against the might fin.

I'm 5.7 and weigh 150 so I'm guessing I wont want anything too too long...maybe 75cm or less.?.?

Any ideas?

I did a testing of that fins and they are impressive, plus you can order whatever you want, they are fully custom made. I don't use stereo fins that often do, but if I use them I will use this one.

What is classified as a "Stereo" fin , that you refer to, Goran?
Also, what do people mean by "nervous" when refering to fins?

The Trygons 'soft' stereo (bi) fins are certainly the softest I've ever used or seen. I love 'em. Can't comment on many other manufacturers except C4 and a few more mainstream options, all of which are stiffer than I'd like.

The softest carbon (or any other ) freediving fins I've used are my Imersion E-Carbons.
Since I haven't tried a lot of the european fins, so I have no idea whether any of them are softer.
My Imersions are great up here, since they don't get stiff when cold. The warmest water I've used them in are Hawaii, at about 76F. They still worked great. No problem getting back from 40 m.

I really like the trygons too. May I ask what other fins you have tried so that I may know what fins the trygons are softer than.

Also, what length did you get? they seem to be offered in a 70cm, 73cm and I think its 75cm?

I'm guessing that I would be most interested in the 70cm since I am only 5.7....?.? should that make sense?

Why the different lengths?

Also, what other fins have you used so that I may know which fins are harder than the imersions

I've tried dessault footpockets and they seem a tad bit wide to me....what other brands are narrower?

OK, first, I have wide feet, so the Imersion footpocket is great.
I use 44-46 Imersion E-Carbons (non-changeable). I think they are 74 cm long, rather typical length for freediving fins.
I normally use 42-44 Dessault footpockets with SpecialFins medium stiffness Blue Water Special fiberglass blades in Hawaii, and some times up here. They are a little stiffer, but still very satisfactory.
If you have narrow feet then the Beuchat footpockets are likely to be your best bet. They allow changing blades (unlike Cressi) and you can get them with carbon fiber or fiberglass, as well as the plastic blades. I have never tried them, so have no idea of the stiffness of any of their blades. I'm also not sure how well they can b e adapted to custom blades, but I'm sure there are divers who have direct info on them.
essault footpockets with dessaul;t plastic blades are also pretty soft, but not so much as the Imersion E-carbons. Most of my fins have been stiffer; Omer milleniums, Picasso Black Teams, and Imersion E-blacks.

The one other alternative is the Omer footpockets with their grey "winter blades. That might work well for you.

Cressi and Beuchat have the narrowest footpockets. Cressi makes very good fins, but only in plastic, and with no way to change blades. The Beuchat fins are designed to give you the ability to change blades to suit your diving needs

I'd like to put in vote for the trygons fins. Due to weak ankles I needed a soft but responsive fin and Trygons were the best option I tried. The other fins I tried were the XXOnes and the Beuchat carbons.

I finally checked. My imersion carbons are 35 inches long. That's pretty standard for long fins.
