Summertime, and the training is easy....

Just started breathwalk exercises again after a long pause. A superb dry exercise for freediving. Perfect this time of year, where one actually can enjoy temperatures in the 20s (celsius) even here in Sweden.

Comes winter, and one is likely to have an ice layer on the path where the breathwalks are made. Usually also wet and slippery like a curling path. I've had some close-calls with the ice, almost falling over towards the end of a walk on slippery surface.

Attachable spikes came in very handy. But am considering to do the breathwalks on a treadmill in my local gym, getting rid of other training preventing factors such as frezing temperatures and rain. Just have to hit the stop button on the treadmill fast enough towards the end of a walk. Anyone done breathwalk on treadmill?
