Hello all,
Strange thing happened. About two days ago, I read someone here in this forum, talking about a different co2 table. Basically, hold for 50% of pb, exhale, inhale, hold again. Do it 8 times. I decided to try. The next day I managed to get a 2 minutes hold, pretty ridiculous I know, but I could barely get 1:40. Prior to this day, I was not training in any way, and diving peharps one time each week.
This led me to a interesting question. If tables really work, whats the frequency? You see people saying 2 times, but then you wonder why you would need 4 days to recover a simple exercise? Your chest need less for much more work. Following that line of thought, I decided to do that wierd table again, and again, every day. Today is day 3 and getting 1:30 is hard right now. So, maybe you can overtrain? Or am I on a bad day?
Who knows... Not much option so I'm going to continue doing that and see where it leads! I report back to you if it works.
