Dear freedivers and those who are interested,
I am offering two workshops in Greece next year in summer (July 13th – July 20th in German and July 20th – July 27th in English).
Together we will explore the beautiful caverns and dive spots of Paleokastritsa (check the images). Our daily routine will consist of a morning warm up including relevant Yoga and stretching exercises, followed by an optional static or deep dive session. In addition to the ‘must-have-fun-dive’ in the afternoon we will focus on intensive theoretical and practical static training. During the workshop we will produce a lot of photos and video footage which will be provided to you at the end of the workshop.
