Thanks for posting the "first three" results. Real great spearos that took the honours! Well done guys! (also for the other guys placed in the first ten!) You can be proud of taking part and being very competitive!

Gee, I've problems finding stuff relating to the worlds on the Internet! There is some listings re Jodi LOT and Daniel COSPIC (2010's gold) but really not much! Sad that spearfishing on international level, especially a worlds, is not "up there" with other sporting events!

If this report (from a SA official) is true, CMAS is a joke! BUT we shall see how CMAS reacts to it! From both sides there are excuses and I suspect CMAS will say "rules are rules" even if they are to blame (as the report contends) for keeping the SA authorities in the dark. Let us wait and see how this plays out!
Meanwhile the athletes themselves have to carry this "burden" without being compensated in ANY way!
. . By excluding competitors that may be a threat, makes any victory sour!
