we went on a wreck dive last saturday the weather was lovly the viz was fantastic and the fish were BIG ... this wreck can be very tricky to freedive on in a current but lucky for us we timed it right and the water was still , and is constantly circled by a school of about 40 baracudas ...
it was my first encounter with a GIANT TREVALLY it was strangly swimming along the seabed towards the side of the wreck with its mouth wide open i spotted it when i was decending and landed a stone shot as it reached the side of the wreck i couldent beleave the size of it as i was swimming it up to the surface ..
we then went to another wreck close by and on my second decent i was staring at a school of baracudas when a even BIGGER giant trevally swam past me this one i didnt stone and maaan did i pay for that it took me for a short underwater skiing course rofl ..
one of the guys also speared a BIIG grouper which made the letter S out of his spear ..
