* Marking a shot line to make it easier to locate underwater.
* Simulating decompression stop markers using different colors.
* Attaching the beacon to a lift bag / recovered object so it could be relocated more easily.
* Improving visibility during night dives.
* General equipment identification.
He shared that this SD2 appeared surprisingly bright underwater for such a compact beacon. The four available colors (white, red, green and blue), along with multiple flash modes, make it flexible for different diving scenarios.
