Ivan,
No to everything...I have been to the ocean a total of 4 weeks since Nov 2001. just happens it was 2 weeks for both unassisted records. Living here sux becasue you can train all you want in the pool but the ocean is at least a 12 hours away if you include layovers and connections...So in a year and a half I have logged 26 actual dives (all unassisted)...how pathetic is that?

As for experimenting with the other categories I am going to be playing with the free immersion towards the end of the year...and hopefully will get some other training in if sponsors are willing to pay for it...after all, can't havy my expensive habbit coming out of my own pocket :naughty

However, I will be in the ocean in 4 days and I am totally excited :) :p :D I'm excited, can you tell...

Oh...and not too sure what happened to Yas but I will be seeing her tomorrow... :( I think maybe bo...not sure...I know she was fighting a cold at the time she dove

Unfortunately she could not make it. As far as I read from Turkish newspapers, she blacked-out when 6 meters were left to the surface:( . This might be due to her illness. ý believe she will make it as soon as she recovered. by the way I congratulate Mr. Lintukangas from Finland for setting the F.R.E.E. unassisted constant ballast world record by diving to 48 meters, on 2nd of July in Bodrum.

Way to go Topi!

Topi did an excellent job as I have seen his dive video...really excellent form...dude is an animal..

As for yasemin blacking out we are both in the same room sending email right now so this is coming from the source....the blackout was on the surface...nothing major....I think the media tends to make things a bit more dramatic that they really are...after all it makes for a better story right...I remember another dive she did where the Turkish newspaper said she blacked out at 40m and took an hour and a half to recorver :D...anything for a more interesting story...

Adios fellow divers...

take care and safe dives...
