What do you thing about yoga en freedive?? If you practice yoga , what do you feel in your performances? what tipe of yoga it's better for freedive? kundalini, pranayama....??

Since you're in Dahab, you might want to join one of Sara's yoga classes. She actually teaches Kundalini.

yes, I know, thanks, I doing yoga whith she, but also I'll know the things of the other freedivers ....
