Hi everybody,
i practise apnea for around 10 years now but never attended a spesific course, just read books and see videos,(here in Malta we have no schools for this beautiful nature contact hobby)

now i wish to attend a yoga course for improving my limits.

Can any one suggest me about what kind of yoga training or courses are good for freediving please?? At least in malta we have many yoga courses available.

thanks in advance as always
regards

Hello everyone

What you should be looking for is hatha yoga to prepare you body physicly in terms of strength and stretching. pranayama will help in terms of breathing and relaxation techniques.
if you can not find hatha yoga lessons you can always go to a gym and sign up for body balance lessons. body balance is based on hatha yoga. i have tried it and could not believe how helpful it is. Either way if you want to see some difference do not expect it to come in month or two. Yoga practices need time to get you the full benefit.
Hope this is helpfull..
