World of Freediving is an AIDA international Freediving School based in Dahab Egypt. In the month of December 2010 we will be running two Yoga/ Freediving Seminars. These seminars are designed to cater to beginner and intermediate freedivers. The program runs over 6 days and includes either a 2 star or 3 star AIDA certification upon completion. The seminar days will consist of 2 yoga trainings (morning and evening) as well as one freediving theory session and one water session. The yoga component of the seminar will be aimed at improving flexibility and improving diver concentration for better freediving results. Freedivers seeking a 3 star certification must complete a 2 star course prior to this seminar. The first seminar will start on the 12th of December. This program will be taught in English. The second seminar will start from the 25th of December and will be taught in Russian. The program cost will be 370 euro per person.
