24/25 June and Mencap Challenge

Target at 30m - without any sign of Jon Bon Jovi anywhere near the plate or pontoon.

Counterweight system is working fine! Had a good play yesterday and going back for more today. Checked the depth under the pontoon and we have 71m where we are... nice very nice

Oh yeah and its getting warmer! Someone was swimming yesterday

10am start for Livvy's birthday!

The counterweight is working - so we need some volunteers to get rescued to check it out! DI Dave and I spent most of this weekend over there perfecting it - he did a LOT of rope pulling so make sure you buy him coffees and muffins to say thanks!

Sarah and Alex are new to us so play nice!! : )

DI Dave and I spent most of this weekend on the pontoon and the counterweight is now running perfectly - just need some dummies to get rescued a few times and check it works.

Dave did a LOT of rope pulling to make sure it works so please buy him lots of coffees and cakes to say thanks

While we were there we dropped the rope to the bottom - under the pontoon we have 71m - if you need more we can move it to get 75m. We also checked the rope markings every 10m and they are spot on

FYI - we have Angel cover on Saturday for all the dives above, meet at 10am. There is NO diving on Sunday this weekend.

I'm a dummy! and Happy to act as one for the counter weight.. sounds like a fun ride! Thanks Dave and Sam - you are both most ingenius building this for us.
:t The blue fins are coming back out to play this weekend, I'm experimenting with something and I missed them.
