Hey Fox and anyone else with an opinion. The Airbalete is lovely - but expensive. I've been looking at the Seacsub Caccia which is available from scubastore for a very reasonable price - and takes a 7mil shaft -(also great prices on Mares Spark). I like the ergonomics of the airbalete - but its way too pricey for the amount of fishing I do. Any opinions on the Caccia - or Seacsub guns in general?

I thought I heard somewhere that Omer was coming out with a new Airbalete. So out of all opinions which gun would be the least and most powerful in one in your opinions?

I've read this rumour too; i have also been told that the factory isnt sending out more airbaletes at the moment, although i'm not clear on whether this is a market/demand thing or otherwise? i do know that shops cant get them!

I saw an article on gas gun testing comparison, the 13mm dry barrel guns came out best, then 11mm, then standard airbalete close behind. I would think a dry airbalete could be a very fun toy :)
