Apparently there were some succesfull protests, so I just discovered I was moved out from the seventh position in B-final to 17th global
Well, anyway, I am happy for my PB of 139m, and also for the national record of my team mate Martin Petrisko

Nice clips, are you editing those Chris?

- I noticed it Ivo, but now you've got more time to report!

I think the high amount of BO's are due to the fierce competition with many people close to 150m. What do you guys think or Know?

Great job Pim. Thanks. Now go get some well deserved sleep.
Lets hope you can help us out the coming days as well.

Now lets get some videos !!!! I want to see some cool dives

still awake here... :blackeye and leave to pool just after 7am :crutch

videos are edited by Dan Burton I believe but do not know for sure.....it is from youtupechannel of competition. Oh I heard Herbert will be visiting Aarhus from tomorrow and Peter Pedersen is here also :friday .....

now I go sleep....hope to find time to post all results more 'real-time' but that depends on how good all will go.

As for the blackouts - there are really many of them. I've been told 19% of performances finished with blackout, but I am not sure if it is true. However, although I did not watch too much the dives of others, I saw plenty of BO's anyway. And frankly told, the safety was not always very efficient. I saw some of the people dipping repeatedly underwater for several seconds. I hope they get better in the next days.

Although I am in the Czech (and Slovak) team, I am spending a lot of time with the French one too, having two club colleagues, and several friends there. So I was quite disappointed about the DQ of Fred Sessa - he did hundred eighty something performance, but lightly dipped his lips when removing the goggles. There were many cases of really heavy sambas that passed, but unfortunately his protest was rejected.

I am sorry also for the DQ of our CZ-SK team mate, Michal Risian (Picasso here on DB), who did 156 (?) but made the sign to the wrong side.

Otherwise many big names got DQ'd too, but you can see that in the result list. William Trubridge was quite a mystery - nobody saw him here in the days before the competition, or during the announcements, so we could not watch him training. He appeared in the pool only a short time before his top time. He did easy his A-final qualification, but apparently did not push too much and saved forces for today.

EDIT:
congrats on your PB trux - well done
Thanks! It must be thanks to the NZ cap. Kiwies are lucky that it still works, otherwise I'd ask for a refund, and they'd have to return home prematurely, being bancrupt without the main sponsor!
