Hi I am currently 14 and getting into freediving. I live in Jamaica where there are no courses for freediving and not many freedivers. I know about the risks of freediving and I dont want to freedive for depth I just want to be able to go underwater and relax with the underwater environment. At the moment I can only hold my breathe for about 41 seconds. I want to improve my breath hold and dont know of any techniques to do. Please help thanks.
