I am new at freediving and i have some questions about apnea tables. For the record, I am very fit, I workout every day and was on varsity track as a freshman. My question is, how many apnea tables should i do each day? At the moment I am doing 2-4 a day, half co2 and half o2. For my co2 table I hold 105 seconds and rest from 70 seconds and reduce by 10 each round. For my o2 table my max hold is 120 seconds and i rest for 70 seconds. So how many should i do each day, and should i take days off?
Some other info: I also apnea walk most days, I attempt a max breath hold every weak and I adjust my tables if I get a new record, most of my training is dry, I don't train one day a week.
Other questions: should I adjust my tables?
-Thanks,
Justin
