Riffe wanted to use that photo of mine is their ad is probably they know short me will make that tuna looks bigger.... ...he he he. They also like the fact the I rigged 6 bands on that thing and still get to keep my teeths. I wanted them to built me a custom short 50" teak gun with as much rubber as I can shoot with a single hand hold while launching a 3/8" shaft, they said can't do custom to that extend. Probably too much time required. So I experimented and it is possible on that Metal Tech 3, with the twin wing kits. It was an uncommon request and hefty price tag for such a small gun with such mods but I don't like guns longer than 50", this is a perfect rig for me. Later I ordered the same gun because I lost that very gun on that photo. Probably also Riffe wants to console me on the lost and asked me if they can use that photo for their ad, somewhere. They want Asian looks and a scuba diver, so I said if they don't mind my beer belly.. , go ahead and use the photo.
I don't have the magazine but I have seen how the photo on the ad looks like. Will not post it here, it is called advertising...
