Ear wax!!!!

Trust me, its wrong but my mate did it to our cat and it went mad for it.

Wet the end of your finger, stick it in yor ear and then put it under the cats nose. Its like cat nip rofl . it is so funny. Wendy nearly bit my finger off the other day. the wife hates me doing it.

:ban

cat nip.. i have some growing outside and also have some cat nip drops... i never noticed, the cat eats it sometimes but other than that, she just seems to sleep all day!

that ear wax is disgusting :yack :yack

I suppose that would explain all the bums that hang around outside my office when I haven't showered away the wafting aroma of vodka, then, eh?
ehh, sorry but the smell is hard to scrub off... I'll try harder next time :D

I take it that your cat either has no claws or you have a ballistic flak jacket and a full fencing kit stashed away somewhere, not to mention a kevlar flak helmet (See the instructions for giving a cat a bath below). The ONLY time I ever tried to give a cat a bath it was like trying to bath a 110 vAC buzz saw plugged into a 440vAC circuit.... nothing but claws and teeth. It actually climbed a tile wall by sticking its claws into the grout between the tiles.....

Ahhhhh! Here we are. I knew I had the Instructions for Giving The Cat A Bath around here somewhere..... rofl

We also were adopted by a stray but the previous owners had him declawed (illegal in Germany so he came from somewhere else) and neutered so, at some point, someone somewhere loved him.... When we got adopted by him, he was so desparate that he chased us down the sidewalk although we had our two 30 kg dogs with us (Let no one say a neutered cat has no doo-dads!)! Since the dogs were raised with a cat, they thought it was pretty cool to play with.... The cat is not so sure but is finally getting used to being sniffed and licked..... :p

The little bugger is, however, "Persona Non Cat-a" in the bedroonm after having peed on the bed twice to show his displeasure that we went on vacation - both times on MY side of the bed..... :vangry

hey Brett!!! rofl that is a funny link!!
i ventured to bath her on my own the other day.. using the maid's room shower room which is approximately 1m x 1m.. hehehehe

i keep her collar on her while i do it so i am in control or she'll choke!! shame... it's the crying and squealing which is heartbreaking and she was clinging to the toilet for comfort. (hell i have done that but for other reasons) :hungover

i remember that time your cat peed on the bed... rofl rofl that'll teach you not to take your cat on tropical holidays! rofl

I always used to be a dog person until I had to petsit my friends cat for a weekened and then I found out kitties were nice after all.... kind of the same way I used to hate girls until I hit puberty, which brings me to my theory that cats and dogs are just reincarnated people.

Guys => Dogs = easy to understand, simple personality, dumb and gullible, likes to lick things and drool

Girls => Cats = hard to understand, complex personality, independent, not a lot of "bark" but they will tear you up really good in a fight

:p

We have a houseful of them. We have five, four of whom were strays at one point. One of them is an extremely placid, benevolent guy named Paco who sometimes tires after jumping off a chair and goes to sleep. We have one who's a quintessential prissy cat, another who hides around strangers and talks all the time. Our oldest one hates to be picked up except by the tail. The last one we got from a petstore, and she adopted us too. She wanted to come home with us so much that she fell in her water dish at the store while attracting our attention. She likes her belly scratched. As if that wasn't enough, a neighborhood stray Siamese comes around, and I call her Squeak.

I then there's a crinkly-coated dumbo rat named Herbert. He and his brother Sherbert used to be very hyper, but they've calmed down. There's Mean Bird, the bloodthirsty green-cheek conure... there's more, but it's a long list. But they're all a lot of fun:)
