Hello Ash,

The Training Banks can be a very dangerous place to fish, due to a combination of strong tides and heavy boat traffic (especially irresponsible boat users and jet skiers).

I will PM you a location that holds enough fish for everyone, and has fewer boats (although you should still take a float and dive buddy, if possible).

There is a Wessex Club that meets every Tuesday (although the meetings have petered out a bit recently, due to a combination of summer holidays, poor weather, and work commitments - but I am sure we will fit a few more dives in before the season ends). Keep an eye out on the Wessex thread for notices of club dives - you are welcome to come along.

It will come - eventually!

Do a trawl through the threads and you will see much discussion surrounding spearo uk customer services - some comments more favourable than others.

However, the bottom line is that the Elios made to measure open cell wetsuits, constructed from the better quality neoprene, are second to none (and regarded as the very best, by many).

Think Dave normally states about six weeks for delivery, but a lot can depend on what is happening in Italy, where they are constructed.

It also depends on how many people order elios wetsuits, and around christmas expect to wait longer as people will be buying for next season. Elios are the best wetsuit on the market, great quality incredible warmth you cannot go wrong.

Hi all, got my first fish on friday, a nice big flattie down by sandbanks groynes, about 2lb something. Very happy with it as vis was poor and the water was freezing. That said it did stand out like a sore thumb as it was resting on a rock. I'll try and get a photo on here asap.
